Frequently asked

Why doesn't Beheld say "walked" or "ran"?
Because some movement isn't walking or running. The companion uses mode-neutral verbs — covered, went, gained, returned — so the journal works for any way you move through the world.

What if I don't move very much one day?
That's fine. Rest is part of the record, not its absence. The companion writes about quiet days too.

Can I export my journal?
There's no whole-journal export. Your entries stay on your iPhone and are included in your device's standard backups if you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer — controlled by your Apple settings. You can share an individual milestone postcard from the app as an iMessage, one at a time.
